I can’t presume to speak for everyone, but I can certainly speak for myself.
And I really hate John/Karkat shippers, just as a rule.
And the reason that I hate them is because they are - nearly universally - self-deluded little shits who are only interested in mashing cocks together in the most obnoxious and often hypocritical and self-righteous manner imaginable.
They don’t care about the characters, they don’t care about the story, they don’t even care about their own writing.
All they ever seem to do, or seem to want to do is produce shallow, self-indulgent wank and delude themselves into thinking that it isn’t shallow, self-indulgent wank.
And have you seen the fits they throw any time someone calls into question the legitimacy of their pairing? Or even just a specific portrayal of it?
They’re irredeemable and that’s not something I say lightly. They’re thoughtless, selfish and shallow and I just cannot fucking stand them.
