Yeah that’s what I was thinking. I mean this is a pretty fucking famous painting. Even if you didn’t recognize it by name or artist you’d almost definitely realize this guy was full of shit. Which I think would be the point if it was a parody, since it’s hilariously easy to tell some people are just fucking full of it when they steal art and expect not to be caught.
